Stupid West Bengal Govt.
Apparantly the WB govt is planning to pass a bill which allows all non-commercial parties to post posters and graffiti on anybody's walls, as long as they 'ask' them. Yeah Right. They can't control the naxalites, calcutta is one of the most polluted cities in the world, people are dying of hunger and disease and all they can think about is graffiti. And We vote these people to power. Get Ready to wake up to A Graffitied Bengal.

big deal yaar..as if the walls were graffiti-free to begin with !! maybe niw, they'll amke ppl pay for the graffiti and the kanjoos public will stop to avoid paying :D

This bill is apparantly a violation of the constitutional rights of the people and can be contested in a court of law. Here's Praying for a quick case.
